Flying the drone around a biomass plant in Sheffield

Greg Harding Photography is located in Manchester, providing a wide range of commercial photography and video services. Greg was one of our first customers to take on our drone services as an add-on to his production company. He must have been happy with our work, as we have since had the pleasure to work with him and his team on a few sites.

In this instance Greg Harding was commissioned by Andritz to provide a corporate promotional video on the striking Blackburn Meadow Biomass Plant near Sheffield. Lunar Aerial Imaging provided the drone video. 

We flew our cameras inside, through the generator building, around and over the site, getting wide shots capturing the whole power plant and its surroundings. As anticipated we managed to get footage of rarely seen aspects and angles, possible only with a flying camera.

Greg Harding incorporated our RAW drone footage, his ground based filming, graphics and audio into both a long and a short video for his client, Andritz, as well as providing some still shots.

We think Greg Harding’s team did a great job and we especially like the way they have the drone footage inside the plant morphing into the computer modeling as seen in the video.  You can watch it here.
